- Measure the size of the waist where the petticoat will be tied. This would be just below the belly button and then measure around the entire stomach.
- The length of the petticoat: From exactly at your belly button, you will want to measure down to right above your ankle. This is the length of the petticoat.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, this will include your buttocks as well.
